Every morning, one answer:
push, adjust or recover.
A training dashboard made by orienteers, for orienteers. It reads your watch, works out your load and recovery, and sums it up in one figure you can read at a glance on your phone, even with no signal in the forest.

What it does
- Syncs your watch
- Activities, sleep, HRV, stress and body battery from Garmin Connect, every day. It also imports from Polar, Strava and TCX or GPX files.
- Measures your load
- Fitness (CTL), fatigue (ATL) and freshness (TSB) worked out session by session, with the acute:chronic ratio and monotony so you can see overload coming.
- Tells you how you are today
- A readiness index from 0 to 100 that combines sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, form and load. An active injury or deep fatigue caps it even when everything else looks good.
- Plans towards your race
- The plan is written around a named goal race with a date. It logs what you completed, and an AI coach drafts the following week.
- Understands orienteering
- Competitions, maps with your GPS routes and race bulletin analysis next to the physiology. It is not a running dashboard under another name.
- Links you to your coach
- The club coach follows their athletes, writes their sessions and sees their form. With friends you share only what you choose.

Frequently asked questions
Which watches and services does it support?
Garmin Connect is the main source: activities, sleep, HRV, stress and body battery. You can also connect Polar and Strava, and import TCX and GPX files or TrainingPeaks exports.
What do CTL, ATL and TSB mean?
CTL is your fitness: your average load over the last six weeks. ATL is your fatigue: the load of the last week. TSB is the difference between them, your freshness. A very negative TSB means fatigue is piling up; slightly positive before a race means arriving sharp.
How is the readiness index calculated?
It is a weighted mean of the signals available that day (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, body battery, form and recent load), with caps: an active injury, a very negative TSB or a high load risk lower the figure even when everything else is good. When in doubt, the dashboard recommends recovery.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Installed on your phone, the Today view, the training plan and the coach sheet are stored and can be read offline.
What happens to my data?
It is yours. You can download a full copy or delete your account with all your data from Settings. Your watch credentials are stored encrypted with a key derived from your password; that key is only kept, encrypted with your session, while you are signed in, and is deleted when you sign out.
Which languages is it in?
Spanish, English and Danish.
